Immobilized FITC-equivalent Human Claudin 1 Nanodisc, His Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-Claudin 1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.32μg/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).

背景(Background)

Claudin-1 (CLDN1), a major component of tight junction complexes in the epithelium, maintains cellular polarity, and plays a critical role in cell-to-cell communication as well as epithelial cell homeostasis. Moreover, CLDN1 expression is up-regulated in several cancers, and the level of CLDN1 expression has been proposed as a prognostic marker of patient survival.

分子别名(Synonyms)

Claudin-1; CLDN1; CLD1; SEMP1
