Recombinant Human CCR4 Protein-Nanodisc is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus (FITC-equivalent protein is fused on cytoplasmic part).It contains Met1-Leu360 [Accession | P51679].
The protein has a predicted MW of 69.20 kDa.
Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Notice: Not recommended for immunization and flow cytometry in mammalian cells.

CCR4 is important in the pathogenesis of many diseases, such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, asthma, dermatitis, and cancer. This review briefly characterizes CCR4 and its ligands (CCL17, CCL22, and CCL2), and their contributions to immunological and neoplastic diseases.
