Human LILRA6/CD85b/ILT8 Protein
Recombinant Human LILRA6/CD85b/ILT8 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gly24-Asn447 [Accession | Q6PI73-1].
The protein has a predicted MW of 49.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-75 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt.
-80°C for 3 months after reconstitution.

The LILRs are a family of receptors that regulate the activities of myelomonocytic cells. Specific allelic variants of two related members of the LILR family, LILRB3 and LILRA6, interact with a ligand exposed on necrotic glandular epithelial cells. The extracellular domains of LILRB3 and LILRA6 are very similar and their genes are highly polymorphic.
